Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all students enrolled with Online Quran Institute.
Enrolment and free trial
Every new student is entitled to one free trial class. No payment or card details are required for the trial, and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Fees and payment
Monthly fees are payable in advance and cover the number of lessons stated in your chosen plan. Fees are quoted in USD and exclude any bank or currency conversion charges.
Scheduling, cancellation and make-up classes
Please give reasonable notice to reschedule a lesson. Missed lessons cancelled with notice are rescheduled within the same month where the teacher's timetable allows.
Student and parent conduct
We ask students to attend punctually, complete home practice and treat teachers respectfully. Parents are welcome to observe lessons at any time.
Teacher changes
You may request a different teacher at any point. We will match an alternative teacher of the same qualification level and your preferred gender.
Refunds
Unused lessons in the current month may be refunded pro rata if you cancel your plan. Free trial classes are never charged.
